The main bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite toilet & wash basin. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet & washbasin. The large lounge has a cosy Woodburner, smart tv & king size sofa bed. The kitchen has all you would expect.

The space
The conservatory has a utility space housing a dishwasher, washing machine and freezer. There is a dining table that seats 10 and a further sofa. There is ample parking although we ask for no more than 3 cars. The garden space is ideal for a barbecue.

Guest access
You are welcome to walk around the public areas of the riding school, we do ask that you do not go into fields with the livestock. Riding lessons may be booked by prior appointment. Please restrict smoking to your garden area only.

We run a busy riding school and livery yard so there will be horses moving around the farm and riding lessons taking place – If you wish to ride please message to pre-book subject to availability, terms and conditions.

A luxury fully self contained cabin set in our beautiful orchard. Lovely outdoor space with a log fired pizza oven. Plenty of parking on the farm. An ideal location for the West Somerset Coast, Quantock Hills and Exmoor. Walking distance of the West Somerset Steam railway. The village of Williton is within an easy stroll, plant of pubs, coffee shops, fish & chips and pubs. A fantastic footpath network runs from the farm. Interact with out horses and ponies or book a riding lesson if you wish.

The space
Walk around the farm and stables, filled with our much loved horses and ponies, enjoy sunsets in the lovely orchard with a gin and tonic or cook pizza in the log fired pizza oven. On winter evenings snuggle up in from of the Woodburner and enjoy watching a favourite film on the smart tv.

The cabin is set in an orchard on the farm, there is an outdoor table and chairs for you to enjoy. Why not cook pizza in the log fired pizza oven?

Other things to note
We are a working farm so please be aware there may be noise, mud and farm smells, although of course we always try to keep these to a minimum.
