We explored the local areas, found beautiful walks and great pubs. The local beach at Blue Anchor and the Harbour at Watchet were lovely to spend the day at.   We had a wonderful few days here with two little ones under three. We needed somewhere comfortable and safe for grandparents to look after the kids whilst we went... read more to a wedding near by and it surpassed expectations with a safe enclosed garden, playground facilities, horses to see and more... Our kids were in heaven. We are used to noisey nights with kids and white noise machines but can honestly say the industrial noise was barely heard and not at all on the weekend and we heard the faint choochoo of a steam train once only 🙂 my parents stayed in a nearby hotel as worried about this but were kept up by road noise whilst we slept peacefully! the place has all the amenities you need and is really comfortable with extra touches like milk, black out blinds etc. Thank you so much 🙂

Felt very much at home. Highly recommend a stay here there are lots of great places to take your dog as well. Custard creams and a jug of milk in fridge was greatly appreciated for cuppa after a long journey.

Upsides- interesting place,esp if you like horses; handy for walks into Williton and the station; great for getting to... read more the coast and places like Minehead, etc. Williton has good range of shops and eating out options; a plus for me is the woodburner. Downside- there is some machinery noise (to be expected in a busy equestrian centre) and also noise from the factory next door. But the fact that I return and would happily return again says all you need to know.

Good for horse-lovers- located in what looked like an equestrian centre.
Great communication from owners who warned us of some potential noise disturbance which turned out not to be a problem at all.

There was thoughtful touches... read more around the place including pretty fairy lights in the dining area and it was spotlessly clean, you can tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into making this a nice place to stay. Comfy beds, nice fire, kitchen with a proper oven/fridge and freezer, all you could need, decent shower, comfy sofas, wardrobes, heating. Nice relaxing stay. View out of the window to see horses is special too. You also park your 1 car right next to your door, so handy if it is raining when you arrive. 🙂

  We had a great 2 nights stay. The accommodation was much better than we had expected, with lots of extra space via the conservatory and garden. There... read more were many nice touches such as milk in the fridge, tea bags and biscuits; just what we needed after a long drive up! The fairy lights were a big hit with the children, along with the horses and peacocks wandering around the garden and fields. If you’re a light sleeper and would like a lie in, I’d recommend bringing some earplugs as the accommodation is on a working equestrian centre. It was not an issue for us though and added immensely to the experience of our stay.
