Weather was awful when we arrived but the lodge was warm & cosy and was kitted out with everything... read more we could need, including towels, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, dog bowls etc. Great hosts - friendly, helpful and responsive. Lodge is on side of driveway and next to riding school area so there is some noise when lessons/ an event is on as when we were staying, but not unsociable hours. Very muddy around lodge due to very wet weather but conservatory area worked well to leave wet coats, shoes (and dogs!) in before entering main lodge. Nice, relaxed feel and great value for money. Thanks for having us.

  Stay away for my son's 18th, the hosts were friendly along with the horses and peacocks, we took our 2 rescue dogs for the trip and they enjoyed sniffing around... read more the different scents.
